SEO expert told me something that made me pause.
I hired SEO expert last week.
But when he joined, he said something that caught me off guard
𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀. 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄.
I froze.
Is this how some people see *all* internal roles?
Here’s my take:
Internal projects let you go deep.
You can experiment, iterate, and build something that lasts.
Client work, on its own, can be fast-paced and exciting.
But growth isn’t about where you work.
It’s about 𝗵𝗼𝘄 you work.
If you assume learning only happens on client projects, you might miss what’s right under your nose.
Growth is everywhere if you look for opportunities, not limits.
What do you think?
